Manufacturing/Field Technician

We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing / Field Technician to assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical recycling equipment. This role combines in-house mechanical assembly with on-site field service at customer locations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assemble and test mechanical equipment using technical drawings and tools
- Inspect, disassemble, and prepare machines for shipment
- Install equipment at customer sites, configure systems, and train operators
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair mechanical/electromechanical components
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Follow strict safety standards and promote a safety-first culture
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- High school diploma (technical training an asset)
- Field service, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Valid passport, driver’s license, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel frequently and lift up to 50 lbs.
