Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Senior Program Manager in delivering two Operational Transformation programs . These initiatives are critical to improving operational efficiency and will significantly impact how employees perform their day-to-day work.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of organizational change management (OCM) principles, such as Prosci methodology , to ensure smooth adoption and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Program Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring two major operational transformation programs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Support change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training strategies.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with governance standards.
- Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects or programs.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in operational or transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
- Working knowledge of organizational change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci’s ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step) .
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and French
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operational transformation or business process improvement programs.
- Familiarity with tools for project tracking and reporting (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Certification in Prosci Change Management or equivalent.
