Office Administrator / Executive Assistant
Location: South Etobicoke (Queensway & Kipling)
Company : Construction Industry.
Work Arrangement: 5 days in office
Salary: $65,000 base
About the Role
The client is a small ,dynamic , close-knit company (under 10 employees) located in South Etobicoke, seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator / Executive Assistant . You will work directly with the Owner/President and act as his right-hand , supporting day-to-day operations and office administration.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment , takes initiative, communicates confidently, and does not wait to be told what to do.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Owner/President
- Manage day-to-day office administration for a small team
- Handle QuickBooks Online (must-have): invoicing, expenses, basic bookkeeping, and reconciliations
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office logistics
- Act as a central point of communication internally and externally
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Identify issues proactively and take ownership of solutions
- Support ad-hoc projects and business needs as they arise
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
- Proven background in office administration or executive support
- Confident communicator with a take-charge, proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working directly with company leadership
- 2-5 years of relative experience
