Position:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Web Designer [Websites and Landing Pages Design and Optimization] to take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing engaging digital experiences that convert visitors, capture leads, and strengthen GGPoker’s brand identity. You will collaborate with our marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure seamless design execution aligned with campaign and business goals. This is an onsite role in Toronto where you’ll combine creativity, functionality, and user-focused design to deliver impactful web and landing page experiences. You will report to the Head of GGPoker (B2C) .
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages optimized for conversions and user engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams (Digital Marketing, Content, Community, Creatives, SEO, and Affiliates, etc.) to translate campaign objectives into high-performing digital experiences
- Implement modern UI/UX practices to ensure intuitive layouts, clear messaging, and fast performance
- Utilise and design assets such as banners, icons, and interactive features
- Optimize pages for SEO, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user data to refine layouts and improve performance
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Coordinate with developers and content creators to ensure flawless execution
Requirements:
- 4+ years in web/landing design with a portfolio showing measurable lifts.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe CC; comfort with wireframes → polished UI
- Strong grasp of CRO, responsive layout, and accessibility basics.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) is an asset
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for stakeholder review
- Strong portfolio showcasing website and landing page design projects
- Ability to balance creativity with actionable analytical insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams
Profile Differentiators:
- Experience in iGaming, entertainment, or high-traffic digital platforms
- Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely/VWO/GA4 experiments)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices in web design
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and branding in a digital environment
