Lead Industry Manager (Canadian)
Location: It is hybrid - 1day in Toronto, and 1 day in Mississauga
Duration: 12 months contract
We’re hiring a Lead Industry Manager to head our Canadian Team for Direct Advertisers. This is a key leadership role in a fast-growing market, ideal for a data-driven sales leader who excels in dynamic environments.
What You’ll Do
• Lead a team of SDRs, AMs, and Partner Managers to meet revenue targets
• Drive acquisition and retention programs for advertisers and agencies
• Build scalable sales processes and forecast performance
• Partner cross-functionally and coach high-performing sales talent
What We’re Looking For
• 6+ years in digital media, online advertising, or sales leadership
• Proven people leader with strong analytical and operational skills
• Experience scaling teams and processes; vendor management a plus
• Proficient in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales productivity tools
