We’re looking for a talented UX Writer (Bilingual French/English) to help shape digital experiences that connect with millions of users. This is a 12-month+ contract role in Montreal, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence how content informs, guides, and delights users.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop content strategies that meet user needs and align with product goals.
- Create client-focused content across digital products, including labels, explanatory text, metadata, and support content.
- Collaborate with design, research, and product teams to define content that enhances usability and engagement.
- Conduct content research and audits , perform competitive analysis, and test content effectiveness.
- Advocate for users and ensure content meets accessibility, legal, and regulatory standards.

Must-Have:
