Pay rate range - $63/hr. to $67/hr. on W2
hybrid schedule in office 2 day a week; Monday and a floating day
The successful candidate will be expected to be able to work independently and must have hands on experience with Calypso configuration.
Accountability
• Identifies the Calypso business needs for new and enhanced products, services, and business processes, clarifies technology and process requirements to identify gaps
• Act as Project Delivery's lead representative for Capital Markets Middle Office and Derivative Operations in the management of day-to-day Calypso business issues
• Capture, analyze, and document Calypso business requirements to ensure the quality of the output, as well as provide direction for business stakeholders
• Create, implement, and execute Calypso User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and recommend actions related to the results.
• For large, complex problems, facilitate large group requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders from different LOBs to ensure that all impacted parties have an opportunity to express their needs.
• Builds, sustains, and leverages relationships and people networks across business functions, business partners, and external organizations to ensure a cooperative and productive environment.
• Provides consultancy, collaborates with business partners and provides advice to business partners on system automation, usability of technology and supports for process improvements
• Creates presentations tracking status updates for their portfolio of projects, hot topics and strategic developments including but not limited to senior management updates or presentations
• Represent Global Product Operations and/or Capital Markets middle office on projects and initiatives to provide business-specific context, information and analysis on proposed changes. Initiatives may include the development and implementation of new/ revised products, new systems or enhancements, new/ revised processes in support of internal efficiencies and industry regulatory changes.

• Must have configuration and/or operational experience with Calypso.

• Accounting or Operations experience in a capital markets area is an asset
Requirements
• Possesses a university degree and 5+ years progressive business analysis/operations support, supporting enterprise-wide projects
• Possesses advanced business knowledge in the Product Operations or Trading Products areas of Capital markets
• Advanced knowledge of project management and system development life cycle
• Is experienced in practical application development and/or client solution delivery
• Is familiar with business assessment tools (e.g., feasibility studies, requirements documentation, workflow diagrams, and current state analysis/needs assessments)
• Understands and is familiar with the application of techniques associated with process modeling and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of and experience working with Derivative Operations and/or Capital Markets Middle Office
• Holding or in pursuit of designations such as MBA/CFA/CBAP/PMP/FRM/DMS are a strong positive.
• Working Knowledge of Calypso is a must
