Company Description
Jack Laurier is a vertically integrated acquisitions and operating platform specializing in luxury Single Family Leisure (SFL) assets — a structurally mispriced segment of global real estate.
We acquire rare, high-barrier homes in iconic destinations and operate them to branded residence standards, producing outsized uplift at stabilization. Our team has managed $150M+ of luxury assets across 36 markets and 16 countries, with a track record defined by:
• GRMs as low as 4×
• 50%+ NOI margins
• Persistent double-digit cash yields
• Outperformance across the NCREIF Property Index
Luxury SFL remains one of the last structurally inefficient, institutionally overlooked asset classes.
The inefficiency is operational, not cyclical, and it is only captured under full control.
We are building our acquisition pipeline and opening a highly selective seat for a partner to lead capital formation, investor relationships, and strategic financing across $25M+/yr in new opportunities.
This is a role for someone who wants to help shape a platform—not follow one.

The Role
The partner will lead all investor strategy for the deals they spearhead, including all aspects of capital formation, LP relationship management, and overall investment architecture.
You will work directly with the firm’s principal and advise on investment structure, capital planning, and investor communications.
Your mandate: Take a proven, high-yield operating model and connect it to the right investors — family offices, UHNW individuals, and sophisticated partners who value execution, alignment, and selective access.

Profile
This is a strategic role, not a transactional one. Your contribution directly influences firm growth, capital alignment, and long-term value creation.
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess complex financial data and market trends
- Expertise in investments and private equity with a focus on luxury real estate
- Proficiency in performing due diligence, risk assessments, and financial modelling
- Broad knowledge of finance and real estate markets
- Proven ability to manage partnerships effectively, ensuring alignment and value creation
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Experience in luxury real estate or branded residences is a plus
- A trusted network of HNW / UHNW / family office investors
- A background in private equity, real estate finance, capital advisory, or wealth management
- The ability to communicate value with clarity, precision, and authority
- A bias toward long-term relationships, not transactional capital
- A long-term orientation toward platform building, not deal-by-deal brokerage
- Appetite for a partner seat with real economic upside, not a salary
If you prefer clarity, autonomy, and high-conviction execution over bureaucracy, you will fit well here.

Compensation
Compensation is structured as deal-level GP participation across the acquisitions you capitalize. It combines immediate cash flow, recurring upside, and long-term equity — aligned directly with capital deployed and ongoing involvement.
It includes*:
• cash distributions at closing for each successfully capitalized acquisition
• Meaningful participation in operating revenue (time-limited to early years of stabilization)
• A share of asset management fees tied to continued involvement
• A vested equity participation in each deal you raise
• Promote participation contingent on long-term engagement
• Optional milestone-based participation in the operating company
*Compensation is subject to change based on deal structure and partner preference.
This model is intentionally built to reward performance with substantive economics.
A high-performing partner (capitalizing multiple deals per year) can achieve significant, top-tier private equity compensation through recurring cash flow, equity value, and long-term promote.
There is no capital buy-in and no ceiling on long-term upside.
Earnings scale directly with impact, capital deployed, and continued involvement.
