Agilus is recruiting for a Site Contracts Administrator in the Engineering, Procurement & Construction Industry in Bradford, Ontario.
The Site Contract Administrator will be responsible for providing on-site representation for multi-discipline construction projects in the water and wastewater sector. This role will also be responsible for construction inspection coordination between disciplines. This project is located in the Bradford-West Gwillimbury, Ontario region. This is contract role for up to 24 months.

A typical day:
- Daily construction oversight alongside a site inspector, reviewing the site inspector’s daily reporting.
- Provide daily contract administration duties as well as coordinating multi-discipline site inspections to monitor Contractor progress, workmanship, and conformance with the contract documents.
- Tracking contractor’s construction schedule and track actual progress against the baseline and schedules.
- Review and recommend monthly contractor progress payments and payment certification.
- Review and provide feedback on contractor’s change requests and claims.
- Communicate regularly with the team. Act as the Ambassador of the company in communicating with the public and stockholders through he construction contract.
Successful candidates will have:
- Undergraduate degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Process Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution; or a Diploma in Civil, Process or Mechanical Engineering Design, Construction, Construction Management, or equivalent field from an accredited college.
- 10+ years of experience in a contract administration role
- Municipal water/wastewater project experience
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) contracts.
- Previous EPC firm experience
- Experience with monitoring and coordinating activities on a construction project including liaising with the Client, Contractors, Approvals Officers, and Public as required.
- Experience with preparing various contract administration paperwork including agendas, minutes, daily logs, photographic records, request for information, testing reports, change orders, deficiency lists, construction certificates.
- Must hold a valid drivers license. Ability to make decisions, proven analytical thinking & problem-solving skills is required to be successful in the role.
