Intermediate Architectural Technologist | Commercial & Retail Focus
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our fast-paced, dynamic design firm. This is an opportunity to specialize in high-impact commercial and retail design projects and contribute to a rapidly growing client portfolio.

You will be instrumental in turning concepts into reality by managing the technical execution of building design projects. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Production & Documentation: Creating precise construction drawings , preparing sketches, CAD drawings, and developing outline specifications.
- Compliance & Analysis: Analyzing building codes, site requirements, and technical reports to ensure design integrity.
- Project Coordination: Coordinating seamlessly with clients, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regulatory Liaison: Contributing to planning applications and other regulatory procedures , and liaising with approving authorities to produce necessary documentation.
- Design Facilitation: Assisting in contract administration and project certifications , and coordinating design among in-house disciplines.
- Quality Assurance: Adhering to strict quality control and drafting standards.
✅ What You'll Bring to the Team
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an Architectural firm.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Architectural Program.
- Technical Mastery: Strong AutoCAD skills are a must.
- Project Background: Demonstrated experience with commercial projects . Retail or institutional project experience is considered a significant asset.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English. You must also possess precise time management skills for multitasking and handling extremely tight deadlines on multiple projects.
