HR Specialist I (Content/Knowledge Analyst)
📍 Location: Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
📄 Contract Length: 12 months
🔁 Extension / Conversion: High possibility of extension and conversion to full-time
💰 Pay Rate: $25-26/hr T4
🧩 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
About the Role
The HR Specialist I (Knowledge Analyst) will join the AskHR Education and Knowledge team , which manages a global HR knowledge database of over 870 articles used by employees worldwide.
This role focuses on creating, maintaining, and improving HR knowledge content to ensure information is accurate, easy to understand, and employee-focused. The position plays a key role in supporting a major HR transformation, including a platform transition and AI-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full content lifecycle for HR knowledge articles, including intake, updates, and annual audits
- Review and revise content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with content strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR content owners, providing guidance on improving usability and employee experience
- Independently collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to assess the impact of new initiatives on knowledge and training content
- Execute on a refreshed content strategy in preparation for a major HR platform and AI transition
- Ensure content governance standards are met, including approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to HR Operations education initiatives, including training content for the AskHR contact center
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR-related role or knowledge/content management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt content for a global audience
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Salesforce , SharePoint , and/or Workday
- Background supporting HR operations, shared services, or contact center environments
Education
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, English , or a related field
