Insight Global is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join a top bank in downtown Toronto for a 6-month contract. This role is hybrid (2 days in the office). You will be supporting the remediation of Operational Risk Policy documents.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing policy documents and map to current policies
- Write documents from scratch for operational risk management
- Uplift framework policies to new expectations
Must Haves:
- 8+ previous financial services/banking experience
- 8+ years of ability to write policy documents and end-user documentation
- Understanding of operational Risk Management
- Ability to review, revise documents
Nice To Haves:
- Policy remediation and policy uplift
- Top 5 banking experience (i.e., RBC, BMO, TD Bank, Scotiabank, CIBC)
