About the Role
Jetstream Personnel Consulting is seeking an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to support our client in installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems within commercial and industrial environments. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities· Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems
· Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
· Repair or replace components (compressors, condensers, valves, etc.)
· Perform leak testing and ensure compliance with regulations
· Maintain accurate service documentation
· Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
· Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications & Skills· Valid driver’s license (required)
· HVAC/Refrigeration certification or license (preferred)
· 3+ years experience working with refrigeration or A/C systems (preferred)
· Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
· Strong mechanical aptitude — plumbing/welding experience an asset
· Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Experience in commercial/industrial settings is an advantage
