We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow our Southern Ontario market. This role is ideal for a proven capital equipment or medical/lab equipment sales professional who understands complex, consultative selling and long sales cycles.
You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth for ultra-low temperature freezers and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined Southern Ontario territory
- Sell ultra-low temperature freezers and laboratory cold-storage solutions to:
- Research institutions
- Pharmaceutical & biotech companies
- Hospitals & healthcare facilities
- Academic and government labs
- Develop new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts
- Conduct in-person customer meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Work with internal teams and manufacturer partners to close opportunities
- Manage a full sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM activity
- Represent 360 Medical at industry events and trade shows as required
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:
- Ultra-low temperature freezers
- Laboratory equipment
- Medical devices
- Scientific or capital equipment
- Proven ability to sell high-value, technical products with longer sales cycles
- Strong understanding of the life sciences / healthcare sales environment
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Southern Ontario
Preferred
- Direct experience selling ULT freezers or cold-storage solutions
- Existing relationships within labs, hospitals, pharma, or biotech accounts
- Technical or science-based education background
