entrepreneurial sales professionals who want to build their own book of business with proven

conversations around IT reliability, cybersecurity, and long-term infrastructure support.
The Opportunity
This is not a quota-driven telecom role. It is an opportunity to build your own client portfolio by
leading with Managed PBX and expanding organically into Managed IT services. Business phone
systems touch every user and the underlying network, which naturally leads to broader
conversations about security, uptime, and ongoing support.
PBX opens the relationship — Managed IT and cybersecurity deepen it. Bundling services
increases client retention and builds stronger recurring revenue over time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Managed PBX / Unified Communications solutions
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with business owners
- Identify network, reliability, and security gaps that lead to IT conversations
- Introduce Managed IT and cybersecurity solutions with full technical support
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach
- Operate independently with full backend support from an experienced delivery team
What You Bring
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (PBX, UC, SIP, telecom, or IT services preferred)
- Comfort selling recurring service agreements
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-direction
- Interest in expanding beyond telecom into Managed IT services
How Income Works
This is a commission-based role with upfront commissions and long-term residual income from
managed PBX, IT, and cybersecurity services. Income grows as your client portfolio grows, with
full backend support from our team.
