Large national distributor, located on the border of Concord and Vaughan seeks a Bilingual [French] Inside Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills.
Job Duties • Research all new customers online to see if there is an online presence • Contact all new customers. • Enter all relevant information into the CRM • Track new customers after 30, 60, 90 days to ensure they are being looked after • Introduce new customers to their account representative • Field questions for “brand new” customers for up to 6 months • Contact customers in the Market Development Territory to determine if there have been changes in their business or any opportunities for equipment sales • Liaise with Account Representatives and Branch Managers to transition customers into their territory • Review reports of customers in Market Development to determine if new leads are available • Work with managers and reps on special programs • Performs other duties as required • Be the primary point of contact for account creation.
