PURPOSE:
The role of Coordinator, Remarketing, CPO, RAC & Company Vehicle Support will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate a variety of activities pertaining to Remarketing, CPO, RAC & Company Vehicle Support. The key responsibilities of this position include researching, compile and analyze information for reports, Dealer Communications and Company Vehicle Support.
This role reports to the Manager, Remarketing, CPO and RAC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Remarketing
- Receive Turn-In reports from Dealerships and provide timely updates in the PVT System.
- Inform Remarketing Manager of Used/Retired vehicle returns.
- Track inventory.
- Liaison with Remarketing Manager on Company vehicle disposal.
- Coordinate and monitor the Remarketing Department’s End-of-Term (EOT) Company Demonstrators.
CPO
- Track key performance metrics to measure CPO program effectiveness.
- Use corporate resources to support program objectives.
- Organize and compile monthly reports and Dealer communications.
- Ensure compliance with CPO program standards.
RAC
- Support RAC Department by working closely with the Distribution Department in coordinating the timely ordering, releasing and delivery of RAC vehicles to Drop Ship Locations.
- Entering and maintaining RAC contracts in the PVT System.
- Coordinating and tracking RAC Risk Incentive Submissions and Cheque Requisitions for payments.
- Ensure all documentation is fulfilled in accordance and compliance with J-SOX.
Company Vehicle Support
- Putting new Lease and Company Demos into the system.
- Send out Insurance Renewals.
- Coordinate License Plate Renewals with Service Ontario.
- Coordinate/manage speeding tickets and parking tickets accordingly with employees, Affiliates and the Accounting Department.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+years professional experience
- Advanced verbal and written communications/presentation skills.
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Must maintain a valid Provincial driver’s license and Company-approved driving record.
