The Territory Sales Representative will drive business growth across commercial and residential markets within the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. This role focuses on promoting engineered products and solutions by working closely with engineering firms, contractors, and distributor partners. You will own relationships in your territory, develop opportunities from specification through close, and act as a trusted technical and commercial resource in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell engineered products and solutions to specifiers, contractors, distributors, and end users.
- Territory & Account Management: Develop and manage a defined territory with a focus on deepening existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
- Project Development: Identify and pursue construction and retrofit projects with strong sales potential, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Client Relationships: Build long standing, trust based relationships with customers and distribution partners, including client entertainment and in person engagement.
- Market Strategy: Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and provide insights to support regional sales strategy.
- Promotional Activities: Execute promotion plans including presentations, training seminars, lunch and learns, and distributor branch visits.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with inside sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate reporting on activity, pipeline, and market trends.
What You Bring
- 2 to 5 years of outside sales or account management experience, ideally within construction, HVAC, industrial, or building products.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate technical products and applications.
- A relationship first mindset, with genuine pride in developing deep, long term customer partnerships.
- A competitive nature and internal drive to win, improve, and perform at a high level.
- Backgrounds in competitive environments such as sports, arts, dance, or other performance based pursuits are well aligned with this role.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Comfortable entertaining clients and representing the company in the field.
- College or university education preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15 percent within the territory.
