Job Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the local retail branch
- Mentoring and growing your core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team
- Working closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
- Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products
Qualifications
- College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel
