Summary : As part of the ZO Skin Health, Inc. sales team, you’ll have the opportunity to provide exceptional products, deliver unsurpassed customer service, and elevate your career with one of the fastest-growing skincare companies. This contract position is responsible for nurturing and growing existing accounts within an assigned geographic territory, while actively seeking and opening new, qualified accounts for all ZO Skin Health, Inc. products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales goals by building and maintaining trusted relationships with existing physician accounts while supporting the overall growth of each practice.
- Account Development: Identify, qualify, and open new physician-owned accounts across multiple specialties, with a focus on dermatology and plastic surgery.
- Strategic Forecasting: Utilize ZO’s financial planning system to accurately forecast sales, track performance, and ensure consistency in business planning.
- Marketing Support: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-practice marketing programs, events, and training sessions to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
- Merchandising Excellence: Partner with accounts to optimize product placement, displays, and retail space to maximize visibility and sell-through.
- Education & Training: Provide ongoing product education and support to physicians and staff to ensure confidence in product knowledge and effective patient recommendations.
- Territory Management: Maintain a strong presence in the field through consistent visits, follow-up, and exceptional customer service.
- Brand Representation: Uphold ZO Skin Health’s brand standards and deliver a best-in-class experience to all customers and business partners.
- Remain knowledgeable on the most up-to-date protocols through our unparalleled education for self and customer accounts through various blended learning opportunities.
- Partner with clinical skin-health experts in your territory, and various other departments such as customer service, marketing and business development to ensure the needs of the customer are being met timeline and accurately.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare, aesthetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience selling into physician-owned clinics using a consultative, solutions-based selling approach.
- Established and extensive network within the aesthetics / skincare / physician-dispensed channel, with the ability to quickly generate new, qualified accounts in an assigned territory.
- Strong business acumen: able to understand basic financials, read sales reports, and work with clinic owners to build their business
- Highly disciplined territory management skills, including call planning, routing, frequency/coverage expectations, and follow-up.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
- Skilled in group education and training – confident leading in-clinic trainings, lunch-and-learns, and small events for physicians and staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts, competing priorities, and frequent travel while working independently from a home office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – written, verbal, and in-person – with the ability to influence at the physician/owner level and motivate clinic staff.
- Collaborative, team player who partners effectively with customer service, marketing, training/education, operations, and other sales team members to resolve issues and support accounts.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes; brings solutions, not just problems.
Contract Terms: This is a contract position for a fixed term of 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs
Work Environment : This position is primarily remote, with frequent travel required to visit physician offices and accounts within the assigned territory. The role involves regular in-person meetings, product trainings, and in-practice events. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing their schedule, and maintaining consistent communication with internal teams. A typical week may include a combination of virtual meetings, administrative tasks completed from a home office, and on-site visits to customer locations. Occasional evening or weekend events may be required based on business needs.
Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The position is in the field and visiting accounts and trade shows
Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. The employee must also be able to maintain and preserve confidentiality of company information, exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, including international affiliates.
