As Manga Hotel Group continues to expand, we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our growing team. As Corporate Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing revenue and sales at our hotels.
Your basic duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Deploying knowledge of Hilton, Marriott, IHG and/or Hyatt systems to optimize operational processes and workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity across various departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance;
- Consistently and proactively measuring hotel performance (sales, revenue, market share, GSS, GOP, Accounts Receivable, STR (RGI), and online reviews) to ensure each hotel exceeds its target goals;
- Responsibility for ensuring all hotels are meeting brand guidelines for service, quality, and training;
- Following and promoting the organization’s policies, philosophies, and procedures and effectively articulating and presenting the organization's vision and values;
- Conducting regular property visits and monitoring and reviewing overall performance and overseeing daily hotel operations;
- Collaborating with the financeteam to set and achievefinancial goals, monitorkey performance indicators, control expenses, and drive revenue generation to achieve profitability targets; and
- Responsibility for the overall revenue, sales, and operational performance of the hotels assigned to you.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in hotel operations, preferably with Hilton, Marriot, Hyatt and/or IHG.
- A minimum of fiveyears' experience managingregional operations in the hotelindustry.
- Strong knowledge of the full-service hotelindustry, including an understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with hotel propertymanagement systems and other relevantsoftware.
