Position Overview
The Corporate Sales Coordinator supports the Corporate Director of Sales by providing administrative support, managing sales systems, and assisting with communication and reporting. This role ensures the smooth execution of sales processes across multiple branded properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Along with the Corporate Director of Sales you would support our Sales Leaders with pipeline management, and activity tracking in Delphi implementing company policy mandates.
- Consolidate weekly and monthly sales reports (pace, pickup, production, pipeline).
- Maintain dashboards and tracking documents for the corporate office.
- Pull STR, Agency360, Cvent, and brand BI reports when required.
- Update and maintain accurate data in Delphi and brand systems.
- Analyze weekly sales reports
- Ensure compliance with sales SOPs, templates, and brand standards.
- Support development of presentations, marketing materials, and sales kits, in conjunction with our Marketing Manager
- Assist with trade show preparation, client gifts, and collateral management.
- Support property-level sales teams during high-volume periods or staffing transitions.
- Assist with onboarding new Sales Managers/Leaders and system access setup.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Corporate Director of Sales/Executive Management team
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent communication, written and verbal required
- Must have a sharp knowledge and understanding of the hotel sales/operations
- Energetic and outgoing, with a positive attitude
- A working knowledge of Delphi a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to function and make decisions in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi, and brand systems considered an asset.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to support multiple properties with professionalism and urgency
