Key Responsibilities
- 50% of the role is to: provide backup for other administrators and assist GM with ad-hoc tasks (including market research).
- Process customer orders and input into internal systems.
- Prepare sales and purchase contracts and related documentation.
- Issue invoices and monitor A/R and A/P.
- Assist with credit applications and track credit limits and overdue accounts.
- Schedule shipments, book trucks, and prepare customs documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Support monthly inventory reporting and assist with BI reports.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain confidential documents.
- Use SAP and Excel for data entry and reporting.
What You Need to Succeed
- College diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in administration, logistics, or sales support.
- Strong MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- SAP experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Team player with flexibility and strong communication skills.
- TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) certification.
- Experience in logistics/customs clearance.
- Familiarity with invoicing/accounting procedures.
- French language ability is an asset.
