Executive Parts Manager

Westvac Industrial Ltd. is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and oversee our Parts Department across multiple branch locations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, consistency, profitability, and strong relationships with internal teams, customers, manufacturers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Parts Department operations across all Westvac locations
- Provide leadership, training, and support to Parts Department staff
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Service teams to support customer needs
- Develop and maintain standardized parts processes and procedures
- Manage vendor and manufacturer relationships, including warranty processes
- Identify new revenue opportunities and improve parts productivity
- Build strong customer relationships and support key accounts
- Reduce turnaround times, errors, and rework
- Implement and manage a centralized purchasing program
Qualifications
- Proven experience in parts, inventory, or operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in multi-location environments
- Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP/CRM tools
