Regal Security, a leader in commercial and residential security, is seeking a Vice President of Sales that possesses experience and strategic qualities. This individual will oversee and lead a national Sales team; and drive performance. They will be accountable for delivering sustained revenue growth, expanding market share, and elevating customer experience.
As a member of the leadership team they will inspire, coach, and develop a high performing sales organization while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and priorities. This role will play a role in shaping both short and long term strategies and reinforcing the company as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Vision: Lead a national team. Develop and implement a Commercial and Residential sales strategy. Deliver sustained growth across all Canadian regions.
- Revenue Growth: Oversee and be accountable for the delivery of sales performance results, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Team Leadership: Partner closely with the other Executives to develop long-term market strategies and growth initiatives. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key Commercial and Residential strategic accounts, by directly engaging in high-value customer interactions and complex negotiations.
- Market expansion: Oversee the review and approval process for major contracts, and strategic agreements. You will analyze the market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies. Moreover, you will grow and develop the business and the salesforce by onboarding exceptional talent and company acquisitions.
- Client Engagement: You will recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent, fostering a collaborative, results-driven, and high-performance culture.
- Operational Excellence and Cross-functional collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach. You will also monitor performance metrics, develop reporting frameworks, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven Executive Leadership experience in national sales management within the security guard, cyber / technology, or related industries.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and expanding market share.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead change, inspire teams, and execute with discipline in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
