We’re looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial-minded Business Growth Partner to champion our franchisees and help our brand thrive across multiple locations. What You’ll Do
As our Business Growth Partner, you’ll be the trusted advisor and coach for franchise partners, helping them deliver excellence in every aspect of their business:
- Drive Local Growth: Collaborate with franchisees to create and execute marketing strategies that bring customers through the door and amplify the brand.
- Lead Operational Excellence: Ensure each store consistently meets or exceeds brand standards in operations, service, and customer experience.
- Be a Culture Champion: Inspire and coach store leaders and teams to embrace and live the brand culture every day.
- Empower Franchisees: Provide guidance on P&L management, strategic planning, and actionable growth initiatives.
- Hands-On Leadership: Visit stores regularly, providing on-the-ground support, training, and operational insights.
- Analyze & Optimize: Review performance data, identify opportunities, and implement plans to boost productivity, revenue, and profitability.
- Travel & Connect: Stay close to your district, building strong relationships with every franchise owner and location.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of proven success in multi-unit retail, food service, or franchise operations (preferred).
- Fully bilingual in French and English (written & spoken).
- Financially savvy with strong P&L and business operations knowledge.
- Passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
- High-energy, outgoing, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
- Willing and able to travel regularly across your district.
- Knowledgeable in local marketing tactics and customer engagement strategies.
