We are currently recruiting an Area Sales Manager for the Vancouver territory.
This opportunity is within a fast-growing, privately held organization operating in the medical and aesthetic space. This is a true territory ownership role, not a coverage or transactional sales position. The environment is intentionally built for performance, speed, and accountability, without the bureaucracy typically found in large manufacturers.
The Role
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for full ownership of the Vancouver territory, with a strong focus on relationship-driven selling into dermatology and plastic surgery practices. The role emphasizes strategic growth, high-value capital sales supported by consumables and skin science, and long-term physician partnerships.
High performers are intentionally developed toward leadership responsibilities, including District Sales Manager-level scope, based on results and demonstrated leadership capability.
Support Structure
The ASM is supported by a dedicated Business Development function generating and advancing opportunities, as well as a Skin Science partner supporting clinical outcomes and practice growth. This allows the role to remain focused on selling, strategy, and relationship management rather than solo prospecting.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $80,000+
• Uncapped commission with no ramp period
• Car allowance

• Projected long-term OTE approaching $500,000, with additional accelerators in development
Ideal Profile
This role is best suited for individuals who are self-directed, competitive, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy. Prior experience selling into physician-led practices is strongly preferred.
