B2B Travel Sales Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Sales to grow our B2B travel business by developing strong relationships with local travel agencies and expanding market presence across the Toronto & Mississauga region.
This is a highly field-oriented role involving regular meetings with travel agents, business development, account management, and brand positioning in the local travel trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the B2B travel agent network in assigned territory
- Generate new business opportunities and strategic affiliations
- Promote and position online travel products and services to travel agents
- Conduct product demos and client training for existing partners
- Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and active leads with travel agencies
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Coordinate with operations team for pre-sales and client requirements
- Achieve sales targets through consistent field activity (5–6 agency meetings per day)
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Travel Industry
- Proven Business Development & Account Management experience
- Experience selling outbound travel destinations
- Strong understanding of the local travel trade and agency ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills in English (local language is a plus)
- Valid Driving License
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (Citizen or valid work permit)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with airlines or outbound travel agencies
- IATA certification
- Strong existing network of travel agents in GTA
Important Notes
- Remote role with ~80% travel within the assigned region
- Candidates must be based in Toronto or Mississauga (or nearby)
- Candidates from OYO, Airbnb, cruise-focused companies are not a fit
- Monthly salary payment cycle
- Reporting to VP – Sales (International)
- Interview Process: 2 rounds (VP Sales + HR)
