#teamfriesen is a network of 18 franchise stores under the Expedia Cruises banner. We operate as a single retailer. You are joining a team of managers in each store and a group dedicated to central support, providing services to the entire group.
Oversee all aspects of Sales Team management and day to day activities and Sales of all Cruise Consultants. Ongoing mentoring of new and existing consultants. Provide Sales Leadership to all consultants and motivating the team. Goal setting with all consultants on a quarterly basis. To Build Sales & Revenue in South Western Ontario. Implement all Expedia Cruises marketing strategies.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30 – 5:30
Weekends and Evenings when needed
Based out of our St Thomas, Ontario Location
Help support our other offices as needed
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Host events with suppliers for consumers online and in person
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of sales experience, travel background a asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading a team
- TICO managers exam an asset
