About Arkfield
Arkfield Development is a vertically integrated development and construction management company that develops residential real estate projects in Ontario. Since our establishment in 2020, we have experienced remarkable growth and currently have over 20 investments that are being owned and/or managed.
Our success stems from a people-driven, entrepreneurial culture that combines startup energy and drive in a more traditional industry. We are committed to building a high-achieving, mission-driven team focused on delivering results and maintaining a collaborative environment.
Leveraging our proven financial strength, streamlined decision-making and vertical integration, we have been among the most active developers in Ontario over the last five years. The Arkfield team is focused on acquiring high-quality assets and executing with speed and reliability.
We are actively seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial working environment. Our non-hierarchical organizational structure is intentionally built to empower team members to take on diverse roles and collaborate in a dynamic team. There’s plenty of room for both company and professional growth, and we are looking to add members to the team who are excited to help propel that growth on both fronts.
Job Description
Arkfield is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy, execution, and performance of our pre-construction low-rise communities across the GTA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preconstruction sales strategy, broker network development, and customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales initiatives, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets while delivering an exceptional buyer experience.
The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with the sales operations, development, construction, and capital teams while maintaining ownership and accountability for sales performance. This is a hands-on, leadership-oriented role suited for someone who can operate with a high degree of independence, coach and mentor sales representatives, and foster strong relationships with brokers, buyers, and internal stakeholders.
Sales projects include pre-construction low-rise communities ranging from townhomes and semi-detached to detached homes across the GTA. Arkfield’s fully integrated model covers every project stage: underwriting, entitlement, development, construction, and sales and marketing, with the sales team being the key driver of revenue generation and the conduit between internal teams for ensuring smooth transitions from product development to market success.
We welcome a strong team player to be part of a collaborative, dynamic culture that values communication, organization, strategy, and ambition as we grow the sales division at Arkfield.
As a member of this team, your key responsibilities would be:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop product positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional campaigns aligned with market demand.
Sales Launch and Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of sales launches, including pre-marketing activities, broker outreach, and public engagement.
- Monitor market conditions and adjust sales strategy, pricing, and incentives to maximize performance.
Team Leadership and Coordination
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team, including sales representatives and broker liaisons.
- Collaborate closely with sales operations, construction, and development teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment from project pre-launch through occupancy.
Broker and Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with broker networks, industry partners, and prospective buyers.
- Represent Arkfield at industry events, community engagements, and broker networking opportunities to expand reach and visibility.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and address escalated buyer inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
Sales Reporting and Analytics
- Track and report on sales performance, including forecasts, pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, market trends, and risk factors.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
General
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting pre-construction sales in the GTA.
- Participate in site visits, off-site meetings, and broker or client events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Perform other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the role as requested by management.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional designations (e.g., CIPS, RRP, LEED AP, FRI) are considered assets.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in pre-construction real estate sales, preferably with a focus on low-rise residential communities.
- Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with broker networks, industry partners, and prospective buyers.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, including marketing, development, and construction, to align sales strategies with project delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with sound judgment and the ability to lead a sales team and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to leverage market data and sales metrics to inform decisions.
- Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proven self-starter who can operate independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
