Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Representative is based in Toronto, ON, and allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective clients, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. The representative will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a seamless transition in the sales process. The role requires efficient use of client management tools and maintaining a strong understanding of Ribbon’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and communication abilities
- Comfortable using CRM tools and leveraging data-driven insights to drive outreach
- Ability to develop client relationships and understand customer pain points and needs
- Experience in SaaS sales, business development, or related fields is preferred
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Open to commuting periodically to an office location in Toronto, ON
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
