WINTER SEASON- (DEC TO MARCH 22)WAGE $20.02 PLUS GRATUITY4 TO 5 Shifts per WEEKWHAT WILL I BE DOING?The purpose of this role is to follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high-quality, properly served food and beverage products
- Follow recipesand instructions to prep and cook meals in large/small quantities.
- Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage.
- Learn and receive training to develop technique.
- Prioritize job duties based on importance.
- General knife skills.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?- 6 months to 1 year experience
- Experience on working with deep fryers and Grills
- Good Team player
- Able to work weekends
