Territory Sales Manager
Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and executing a disciplined sales strategy within an assigned geographic territory. This role focuses on prospecting, product demonstrations, relationship building, and closing new business with medical and aesthetic professionals. You will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in expanding the company’s presence and reputation in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota within a defined territory
- Generate new business through in-person and phone based prospecting
- Manage leads through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, OB/GYNs, urologists, and private practice physicians
- Address objections confidently and convert opportunities into closed sales
- Cross-sell products and leverage internal clinical and partner resources to maximize territory performance
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and conventions
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal sales partners to share best practices and support team goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices or capital equipment
- Experience in medical, surgical, laser, or aesthetic device sales strongly preferred
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
Role Details
- Remote based role with significant field presence
- Approximately 60 percent travel within the assigned territory
- Regular work in medical offices, clinics, and spas
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally
