Position Summary :
TCL is seeking a National Sales Assistant to support our Canadian sales organization and help drive operational excellence across key retail accounts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of sales operations and customer service best practices, along with foundational experience working with Canadian national retailers. The successful candidate will partner closely with high-performing sales teams, manage critical administrative and coordination tasks, and ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism in all interactions. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information are essential for success in this role.
Duties may include but are not limited to :
- Support Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Accounting as well as Customer Service
- Sales data maintenance and analysis: Weekly tracking and reporting. Provide insights based on analysis.
- Product transition management including product set ups and retailer compliance. Monitor and update when required.
- Track and analyze in-store and online pricing, assortment plans, and marketing initiatives from our competitors
- Review of inventory and marketing activities to track and report
- Work with Customer Vendor Portals (e.g. Amazon Vendor Portal) to set up new models, manage orders and run reports to support and aid replenishment functions and sales efforts
- Coordinate customer sales efforts with various internal TCL team members/departments
- Work with customer and internal teams to ensure accurate and effective brand and product marketing including online product pages and instore merchandising solutions
Qualification/Requirements :
- 2+ years of business-related experience with an interest in building a career in retail and sales
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data across multiple channels and market segments
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage data entry accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Self-directed and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize activities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 CAD per year
As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for an annual bonus program based on company and individual KPI achievement
