LAdjoint(e) Administratif(ve) joue un rle essentiel dans le soutien des oprations de lentreprise et contribue sa croissance en grant des tches administratives cls et en assurant le bon fonctionnement des activits de bureau. Ce poste implique la planification et lorganisation des calendriers, la gestion de la correspondance, lapprovisionnement en fournitures et lassistance aux initiatives et vnements dentreprise.
Responsabilits
Soutien Administratif
- Organiser et maintenir les calendriers en priorisant activement les runions et tches fort impact.
- Maintenir une liste de tches classes par priorit, en les rvisant et en les mettant rgulirement jour.
- Organiser les informations de travail pour garantir leur exactitude et leur exhaustivit.
- Planifier et coordonner les dplacements, y compris les itinraires dtaills, et fournir un soutien pour les modifications de dernire minute.
Oprations de Bureau
- Participer divers projets et initiatives en cours, tels que la mise jour et la maintenance de bases de donnes et autres tches de gestion de projet.
- Aider la rservation de billets davion et lorganisation des dplacements pour les membres de lquipe.
- Organiser des runions dentreprise importantes, sur place ou lextrieur, selon les besoins.
- Grer les oprations gnrales du bureau, y compris les commandes de fournitures, la coordination des services de traiteur et la communication avec les fournisseurs (par exemple, la rparation dimprimantes).
vnements Spciaux
- Organiser et coordonner des vnements spciaux tels que des assembles gnrales et des sminaires de formation.
Autres Responsabilits
- Garantir la confidentialit des informations sensibles et faire preuve de professionnalisme dans la gestion de questions dlicates.
- Effectuer dautres tches selon les besoins.
Qualifications
- Minimum de 5 ans dexprience pertinente en tant quadjoint(e) administratif(ve).
- Minimum de 3 ans dexprience pertinente en planification et analyse financire (FP&A).
- Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en franais.
- Solide exprience avec Outlook et Microsoft Office.
- Matrise avance dExcel (par exemple, tableaux croiss dynamiques, recherche V, macros).
- Excellentes comptences analytiques et en rsolution de problmes.
- Gestion exceptionnelle du temps, comptences organisationnelles et en communication.
- Excellentes comptences rdactionnelles et orales en anglais et en franais.
- Esprit dquipe motiv(e) et faisant preuve dinitiative.

Administrative Assistant - On-site: (9300 Trans Canada Route, St-Laurent, QC, H4S 1K5)
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the companys operations and growth by managing key administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of office activities. This role involves scheduling and organizing calendars, handling correspondence, managing supplies, and assisting with company-wide initiatives and events.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain calendars, actively prioritizing high-impact meetings and tasks.
- Maintain a list of action items segmented by priority, regularly reviewing and updating as needed.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including detailed itineraries, and provide support for last-minute updates.
Office Operations
- Assist with various ongoing projects and initiatives, such as updating and maintaining databases and other project management tasks.
- Assist in booking flights and travel arrangements for team members.
- Organize larger company meetings, both in-office and off-site, as required.
- Manage general office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating catering, and handling vendor communications (e.g., arranging for printer repairs).
Special Events
- Organize and coordinate special events such as town halls and training seminars.
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive issues.
- Perform other duties and tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Fully bilingual in English and French.
- Strong experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Expert-level Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Motivated team player who takes initiative.
