Senior Customer Development Manager
Location: Fraser Valley, BC (In-Office)
Travel: Approximately 30 percent across BC, AB and Washington

Role Purpose
The Senior Customer Development Manager is a senior role within Clearbridges sales team and reports directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for driving new revenue, expanding strategic customer relationships, and providing senior-level influence across the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Lead complex, consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
- Close managed services agreements and associated project work
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned customers
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Mentor and support Customer Development Managers through deal strategy and best-practice sharing
- Provide functional direction to sales support to ensure accurate proposals, CRM data, and follow-through
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure success both internally and externally (customers)
Qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience; ideally experience in Managed IT Services, SaaS, or technology consulting, however, experience selling into our verticles (transportation, construction) is also transferrable.
- Proven success closing complex, consultative deals
- Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable influencing peers and working closely with leadership
- Highly disciplined, self-directed, and results-focused
- Valid drivers licence and passport with ability to travel within BC, AB and Washington
