Education & Experience:
Associate degree preferred.
High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of work experience accepted.
At least 1 year of driving experience in the trucking industry.
Licenses/Certifications:
DZ license or higher preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to give constructive feedback and assess performance.
Effective coaching and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Must be bilingual (French and English).
