What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring excellent communication with the care team
- Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention

What We’re Looking For:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Hospital or clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
