Your role
•Manage legal and insolvency files by analysing the viability of the actions to be taken.
•Prepare and review legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness.
•Collaborate with internal and external authorities (legal advisors, trustees, internal departments, clients) to resolve complex files.
•Make informed decisions regarding file acceleration, recommendations for legal action, regulations and accounting entries.
•Negotiate agreements, equipment returns or settlements by assessing the risks and associated costs.
•Help continuously improve processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements
- Specialized training in legal fields, accompanied by at least two years of related experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of collections, legal and insolvency processes
- Ability to analyse complex files and make decisions in high-stakes contexts
- Proficiency in IT tools, including MS Office, and proficiency in learning new systems
- Strong Negotiation skills and attention to detail
