Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Coverage across all clinics will make up approximately 75% of this position, with roughly 30 hours per week dedicated to Office Administrator coverage across all locations and the remaining 10 hours focused on responsibilities outlined below.

Required Criteria
- Must have a reliable vehicle to commute between clinics
- Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday’s
- Must be able to commit to a one-year term
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Deliver EMR and administrative training for new hires and provide additional training as needed.
- Assist with third-party billing setup and maintain administrative training checklists.
- Provide Office Manager, Office Administrator, and Care Centre coverage as directed.
- Complete monthly Walkthrough and EMR audits for all clinics as directed.
- Support the Operations Team with process development and ensure consistency across clinics.
- Collaborate with Operations Team to ensure communication flow and policy coordination.
- Act as an administrative resource for staff and assist with updating clinic documentation.
- Attend weekly and monthly L10 meetings as directed.
- Coach Office Managers and Office Administrators on effective communication.
- Maintain AC Teams calendar for task management and location tracking.
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and Unbilled processes for all clinics and provide related training to Office Managers and Clinic Directors as directed.
The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Experience/Education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable with different software applications (MS Office, Google-Suite). We use the medical billing systems: Practice Perfect and need candidates to be able to learn these systems quickly.
- High School Diploma
- Medical Office Administration certification or experience is an asset
