The purpose of this role is to respond to the companys emergency and non-emergency calls, maintaining and updating call logs, monitoring routes, transferring messages, directing field units, and working with the Logistics department.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and maintain all packing lists for outgoing deliveries and incoming materials.
Ensure every delivery and receipt is accompanied by an accurate packing list prepared by this role.
Verify received materials against packing lists, purchase orders, and project requirements.
Own all tool room sign-in/sign-out processes, assigning tools to specific projects and individuals.
Maintain complete and accurate paperwork for all tool movements.
Perform quality control inspections on all tools and equipment entering or leaving the facility.
Identify damaged, missing, or non-compliant tools/equipment and report issues immediately.
Maintain and consistently update the online inventory database for overstock materials.
Maintain project-specific inventory databases for materials received for each project.
Ensure inventory records align with physical stock at all times.
Keep warehouse, tool room, and storage areas organized to support safe and efficient operations.
Support internal audits and inventory checks as required.
Follow all company Health & Safety policies at all times.
Work additional hours as required to meet operational demands.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to manage inventory databases and online systems consistently
Understanding of tool and equipment handling and quality inspection
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
