ABOUT THE ROLE
The Area Commercial Supervisor (ACS) is the leader responsible for the designated region and is encouraged to lead, motivate, guide, train and develop a team of Territory Executives. Focused on promoting our vision and growing RBH's offerings, the ACS will provide clear and timely direction to the team. They will share performance information about individuals, teams, and the area with the Regional Commercial Manager. The ACS will lead the district in an autonomous but responsible manner consistent with our standard policies and principles to maximize all key RBH priorities and objectives.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
The ACS brings strong cross-category expertise and a deep understanding of their market, confidently shaping and executing sales strategies that elevate the full RBH product portfolio. They are adept with digital tools, championing our Digital Trade Engagement platform and omnichannel approach to ensure Territory Executives bring these strategies to life. With a strategic mindset, they blend territory plans into a cohesive area vision that consistently drives performance and growth.
As a field sales leader, they cultivate a supportive, inspiring environment where collaboration thrives. They engage their team with intention, nurturing a “One Team. One Goal.” culture while building strong relationships with RBH partners and industry collaborators. A natural people leader, they motivate, manage, and develop their team to achieve portfolio growth and deliver meaningful results.
They are deeply committed to coaching excellence, offering tailored training and real-time in-trade guidance that builds strengths and removes barriers to performance. Through clear feedback, thoughtful delegation, and ongoing development opportunities, they empower each team member to confidently implement territory plans and reach their objectives.
They also play a key role in partnering with regional key accounts and chains, working closely with Key Account Managers and Commercial Planning Managers to bring strategies and contracts to life at the field level. With a strong grasp of account dynamics across their area, they ensure consistent coverage, resource allocation, and flawless execution of initiatives while contributing to contract discussions when needed.
Operationally disciplined, they uphold RBH policies—including business conduct guidelines—while ensuring timely reporting, accurate analysis, and thoughtful budget management. They regularly assess business performance, recommend improvements, and take corrective action where needed. Agile and engaged, they also contribute to projects and special initiatives that advance commercial priorities and strengthen organizational impact.
