Job Title: Sales Representative – Beef Tallow Division
Location: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid / Field-Based)
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Our client is launching an exciting new division within their operations focused on beef tallow, and they are seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Representative to help build and scale this business. This is a unique opportunity to join an established company at an early stage of a new growth initiative, where your impact will be highly visible and meaningful.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and expanding sales across Canada, with a strong focus on new account acquisition and long-term relationship building. This role is ideal for a strategic, solution-oriented sales professional who is energized by creating momentum in a new business line and passionate about premium food and ingredient products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for the newly launched beef tallow division across Canada.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new accounts across retail, foodservice, and ingredient channels.
- Build the go-to-market strategy alongside internal stakeholders for this new product line.
- Promote shelf-stable beef tallow and related premium offerings to new and existing customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with early adopters and strategic partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide customer insights to help shape product offerings and supply chain decisions.
- Represent the company professionally in the Greater Toronto Area and at industry events as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience managing accounts and developing new business.
- Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build a territory or product line from an early stage.
- Experience selling into retail and/or foodservice channels; ingredient or CPG experience is an asset.
- Proven track record of pipeline management and closing new accounts.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
