The Role
The Electrician spend their time reading and interpreting drawings and schematics. Troubleshooting commercial and heat trace panels. Performing quality inspections and testing control panels to Thermon's standards. Advising the assemblers on any building related questions. Working with the team lead to ensure a seamless production operation.
NOTE: 2nd shift work schedule, Monday to Friday
What You Will Do
- Help support assemblers on electrical questions/problems
- Test the electrical function of the control panel built to ensure they meet the quality standards of Thermon and are fully functional
- Perform quality inspections on completed control panels to confirm alignment against drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical errors
- Reading schematics and be able to problem solve.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Red seal Journeyman Electrician
Requirements and skills
- Prior scheduling experience or project management would be considered an asset
