Job Summary
We are seeking a highly specialized illustrator and graphic designer with deep technical and artistic expertise in compositing, VFX pipeline engineering, and AI-assisted production workflows. The successful candidate will lead the development of advanced digital assets and media content for healthcare and community engagement initiatives. This role requires mastery of node-based compositing, high-end tracking, AI-enhanced look development, and full pipeline integration. Experience creating content for Arabic-speaking communities is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute illustrations and digital visuals across print, video, and online formats
• Build and manage production-ready compositing node trees using Nuke for multi-pass and non-linear image workflows
• Design scalable, machine-learning driven matte extraction and cleanup solutions using Nuke’s CopyCat
• Execute planar-based tracking with Mocha and integrate results into complex composite builds
• Lead hero-shot level roto and paint work in Silhouette using review-ready workflows
• Apply AI tools like ComfyUI for look development, texture generation, and visual element prototyping
• Integrate content workflows across After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro for consistent output
• Develop repeatable, efficient production workflows that merge artistic and technical goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to align visual content with community outreach campaigns and healthcare messaging
• Prepare and optimize final assets for publication across digital platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of full-time, hands-on experience in VFX compositing and digital pipeline integration
• Demonstrated mastery of: Nuke (advanced workflows, CopyCat), Mocha (planar tracking), Silhouette (node-based roto/paint), ComfyUI (AI workflow integration), Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Proven experience designing scalable workflows for production-level digital content
• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to balance creativity with technical precision
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative production setting
Assets
• Knowledge of Arabic is considered a strong asset, especially for content developed for Arabic-speaking communities
• Experience producing health-related or multicultural educational media
• Portfolio showcasing complex compositing, tracking, and AI-enhanced VFX workflows
