Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As Director, Corporate Delivery, you will provide strategic leadership for the delivery and operational excellence of Vancity’s corporate technology platforms - including Microsoft 365, Windows desktop and server environments, and mobile device management - while overseeing enterprise service delivery across Service Desk and Tier 1–3 support teams.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Vice President, Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Providing strategic leadership and oversight for Vancity’s corporate technology platforms, including Microsoft 365, Windows desktop and server environments, and mobile device management
- Directing and governing enterprise service delivery across Service Desk and Tier 1–3 support teams to ensure high availability, security, and an exceptional end-user experience for all end-user technologies
- Developing and executing technology roadmaps that align infrastructure services with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and security standards
- Managing vendor and partner relationships, including contract negotiations, SLA enforcement, and performance reviews to optimize cost, reliability, and service quality
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in corporate technology delivery through automation, standardization, and adoption of emerging best practices
- Collaborating with business, risk, and security partners to identify technology risks and opportunities, ensuring that platforms and services enable innovation while maintaining stability and compliance
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Post-secondary education in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, end-user computing, or corporate technology delivery, including leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven experience overseeing enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Windows desktop and server environments, and mobile device management in complex organizations
- Demonstrated success leading Service Desk and Tier 1–3 support operations with a strong focus on service quality, availability, and user experience
- Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and information security standards
- Strong track record managing technology vendors and partners, including contract negotiation, SLA management, and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of IT service management principles, with experience implementing process standardization and automation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $148,000 to $185,000 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements
