Our client, a respected national non-profit organization focused on advancing mental health outcomes across Canada, is expanding the impact of its digital learning ecosystem. Self-paced and virtual learning play a critical role in delivering accessible, meaningful training to diverse communities nationwide.
In this contract opportunity, you will join a collaborative Experience team supporting mental health awareness and resilience programs used by thousands of learners. Working closely with the E-Learning Team Lead and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure the organization’s Learning Management System is reliable, inclusive, and designed to deliver engaging learning experiences that truly make a difference.

Your Responsibilities
- You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Learning Management System, including updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- You will support facilitators, colleagues, and learners by providing technical guidance, training, and user support.
- You will maintain accurate user records, course data, and reporting to support tracking and compliance.
- You will identify opportunities to enhance LMS functionality and user experience, and help implement upgrades or new features.
- You will ensure security, privacy, and accessibility standards are upheld across the platform.
- You will collaborate with the E-Learning Team Lead to support continuous improvement of the organization’s digital learning strategy.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems in an technical capacity.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar, including SCORM and xAPI.
- Familiarity with W3C web interoperability and accessibility standards.
- Experience with WordPress development, APIs, Salesforce, or continuous deployment practices is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a learner-focused mindset.
