We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team! This individual will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of our operation and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.
Please note: this role is currently available on part-time basis, However, there is an opportunity for upgrading the role to a Full-time basis after the Initial 90 Days of probation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain company records and information systems
- Coordinate and maintain office space, supplies, and facility needs
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Foster clear and effective internal communication across departments
- Handle general office duties such as mail distribution, supply restocking, and basic custodial tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in office administration, operations, or related fields
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
