About the PositionATS Traffic is currently seeking a Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our Langley team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in retail customer service or sales who is ready to take their first step into a professional office environment.
Our ideal candidate is a positive and motivated team player with strong time management skills. You will use your analytical and mathematical abilities to support customers in a timely and professional manner. Are you organized, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions? Responsibilities- Data Entry: accurately processing quotes, orders, jobs and tickets for customers in TCR and SalesPad
- Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers
- Handle inquiries for quotes, orders, deliveries and pick-ups, as well as customer concerns
- Invoicing rental customers promptly
- Promote new products to existing customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Take payment on cash sales
Qualifications- Someone who is personable, positive and always willing to assist customers!
- Customer service training and/or courses are an asset.
- Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
