Beauty Incubator Recruitment are pleased to announce we have been retained by an industry leading, physician-led aesthetic clinic in Toronto, Ontario, with over 25 years of experience in the private medical space who is seeking a highly motivated medical aesthetician to join their team.
Our client is dedicated to providing excellent medical aesthetics services in a professional and upscale environment. The clinic offers an extensive range of treatments from traditional Medspa energy based services (lasers, IPL, RF, Ultrasound hands on and hands free) women’s intimate health, men’s intimate health, injectables, GLP-1 weight and Energy based treatment weight loss and advanced skincare treatments all designed to help clients look and feel their best.
Skills and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical aesthetic consultations and skin assessments
Thoroughly inform clients with an overview of the services they offer including but not limited to potential risks and benefits and expectations
Obtaining informed consent prior to taking photos and providing treatments
Provide a range of aesthetic treatments, both non-laser and laser, Radiofrequency, Hands free devices, within the scope of a medical aesthetician (advanced facials, Microneedling, IPL, Skin- Tightening, Body Contouring, Laser Hair Removal )
Oversite and guidance is provided by RN clinic manager, PA, MD Medical Director, Medical Directives and Manuals
Onsite and offsite training and Quality assurance updates provided
Accurately document visits and update patient profiles electronically after treatments, uploading photos
Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
High level of professionalism and care in personal presentation.
Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs.
Qualifications:
Completed an approved Medical Aesthetic or Laser certificate
Preferably 2 years minimum experience working in medical aesthetics/ laser devices
